XLK has completed a healthy 13% bull-market correction from its 52-week high, with RSI resetting to a neutral 50 and relative strength versus SPY making new recovery highs. The dip was bought, the trend is intact, and the path to a retest of $198 — and beyond — is technically open.
Catalysts to Watch
XLK dropped ~13% from its 52-week high of $198.21 to an intraday low of $172.88 (June 9), then staged a sharp recovery back to $191.44.
