GDX's bounce from the $69.74 low is fading at the $75–77 zone — the death cross is firmly in place, miners are lagging gold on both the 50d and 200d timeframes, and volume is contracting on the recovery. The structural trend is down; the path of least resistance points toward a retest of the $69–70 swing low.
